
Moonflower Energy Healing - Refunds & Returns

At Moonflower Energy Healing, every product is chosen and offered with care. This policy covers physical products purchased through Moonflower Energy Healing and sets out your rights and my process for returns, refunds and faulty items, in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Your Right to Cancel (Online Orders)
If you have purchased a physical product online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. This is your statutory right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Once I have received your cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to me. A refund will be issued within 14 days of me receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of you providing proof of return, whichever is sooner.
Conditions for Return
To be accepted for a return, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

In their original packaging where applicable

Returned within 14 days of notifying me of your intention to cancel
Please take care when returning items. I recommend using a tracked service, as Moonflower Energy Healing cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit on their way back.
Return Postage
Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. I recommend keeping proof of postage.
Refunds
Once a return has been received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. You will receive confirmation once this has been issued. Please allow time for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Please note: the original outbound delivery cost is non-refundable unless the item was faulty or I made an error with your order.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please get in touch within 14 days of receiving it. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or full refund.

In these circumstances, return postage costs will be covered or reimbursed.
Crystals and Handcrafted Items
Crystals are naturally unique, so variations in colour, shape, size and formation are part of their beauty and are not considered faults.
Handcrafted items, including feather and crystal wands, are lovingly made by hand and may vary slightly in appearance. These variations are part of what makes each piece unique and are not grounds for return unless the item is damaged or faulty on arrival.
Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable:

Items that have been used or are no longer in their original condition

Items returned outside of the 14-day window without prior agreement

Downloadable or digital products, once access has been granted
Please also note that gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
