Moonflower Energy Healing - Cancellations

At Moonflower Energy Healing, I understand that sometimes plans change. This policy sets out what to do if you need to cancel, and what you can expect in return. Everything is handled with care, fairness and transparency.

1:1 Sessions and Distance Healing

Full payment is taken at the time of booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 48 hours notice.

More than 48 hours notice: you may reschedule your appointment once at no additional charge. A second request to reschedule will incur the full session fee.

Less than 48 hours notice: cancellations are non-refundable. This is because your appointment time has been reserved and cannot easily be filled at short notice.

Where less than 48 hours notice has been given, the session fee is non-refundable. A reschedule may be offered at my discretion depending on individual circumstances, but this cannot be guaranteed. 

Missed appointments without notice are non-refundable.

You are always welcome to gift your appointment to a friend or loved one if you are unable to attend. Please let me know in advance and any replacement client will be bound by these terms.

Crystal Circles and Events

Full payment is taken at the time of booking.

More than 48 hours notice: you may transfer your place or receive a full refund.

Less than 48 hours notice: refunds and transfers are not available.

You are always welcome to gift your place to a friend or loved one. Please let me know of any changes in advance and any replacement attendee will be bound by these terms.

Please note that a non-refundable 55p booking fee is charged by Wix at the time of booking to cover platform processing costs. This is retained in all circumstances including cancellation.

Physical Products (Crystals, Feather Wands and Other Items)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, if you have purchased a physical product online you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order at moonflower.energy.healing@gmail.com

Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

For products purchased in person, your statutory rights apply under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Items that are faulty or not as described are eligible for a repair, replacement or refund.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and cannot be extended.

Digital Products

Once access to any digital product or downloadable content has been granted, the right to cancel is lost in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please ensure you are happy with your purchase before completing payment.

Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. If you have any concerns about your rights, you can find further information at www.citizensadvice.org.uk

Cancellations by Moonflower Energy Healing

In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session, circle or event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund. I will always give you as much notice as possible.
