Moonflower Energy Healing – Shipping Policy

Thank you for your order. This policy outlines how and when your items will be dispatched and delivered.

 

Where I Ship

Moonflower Energy Healing currently ships within the United Kingdom only. 

If you are based outside the UK and would like to discuss your order, please get in touch and I will do my best to help.

 

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 3-5 working days of payment being received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. Please check your spam or junk folder if this does not arrive in your inbox.

Please note that handcrafted items may require additional processing time. If this applies to your order, I will let you know at the time of purchase.

Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer, and I appreciate your patience.

 

Delivery Method

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48, which aims to deliver within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch. Please note that delivery timescales are estimated and are not guaranteed by Royal Mail.

If you require faster delivery, Royal Mail Tracked 24 is available at checkout for an additional charge, aiming to deliver the next working day from dispatch.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking reference so you can follow your parcel's progress. Tracking information can be used on the Royal Mail website at www.royalmail.com.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. Moonflower Energy Healing cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or delayed as a result of an incorrect address being provided. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact me as soon as possible and I will do my best to help.

If Your Parcel Does Not Arrive

If your parcel has not arrived within 10 working days of your expected delivery date, please get in touch and I will look into this for you. I will always do my best to support you, though please be aware that once a parcel has been handed to Royal Mail, delivery timescales and outcomes are subject to their processes.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost by Royal Mail, a replacement or refund will be arranged in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days with a photograph and your order details. I will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be clearly displayed before payment is completed. Costs are based on the size and weight of your order.

Gift Vouchers

Physical gift vouchers can be posted on request. Please contact me directly to arrange this. Postage charges may apply and delivery times may vary. Moonflower Energy Healing is not responsible for delays or losses once a voucher has been dispatched by Royal Mail, although I will always offer support where possible.
