Moonflower Energy Healing – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Moonflower Energy Healing, and thank you for choosing me.

 

These Terms & Conditions are here to support a safe, respectful and nurturing experience for everyone. By booking a session, attending an event or purchasing a product, you agree to the following.

 

1. About Moonflower Energy Healing

​Moonflower Energy Healing is a heart-led holistic wellness practice offering intuitive crystal energy healing, meditation, energy alignment sessions, crystal circles and a selection of crystals and energy tools to support your wellbeing. Moonflower Energy Healing holds professional indemnity insurance. 

Sessions are available both in person and as distance healing, offered via live video call or as a non-contact energetic session.

Moonflower Energy Healing is operated by Emma, based in Great Sankey, Warrington, United Kingdom.

2. Booking & Payments

Bookings for 1:1 in-person sessions, distance sessions, circles and events can be made via:

 

Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are payable in full at the time of booking or purchase.

If your confirmation email doesn't arrive, please check your spam or junk folder. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out. Moonflower Energy Healing cannot be responsible for missed appointments due to unseen confirmations.

A booking fee of 55p is applied by Wix at the time of payment for all workshop and event bookings. This is a platform processing fee and is non-refundable.

Distance and online sessions are available to clients outside the local area. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales regardless of where you are based.

Photographs provided for the purpose of non-contact distance healing sessions are used solely for that session and for no other purpose. They are never used for marketing, shared on social media, passed to third parties or used in any other way. Photographs are deleted immediately once the session has concluded. You will never be asked to provide a photograph for any other reason.

3. Arrival & Appointments

The following applies to in-person appointments:

  • Please arrive up to five minutes before your session

  • Late arrivals may mean your session time is shortened

  • Sessions take place in a peaceful therapy room on the first floor of a private home

  • If you have any mobility concerns, please let me know when booking so I can find the best way to support you

4. Consultations

Some sessions may require a consultation form before or at the start of your appointment. Any information shared is treated in strict confidence and stored securely in line with Moonflower Energy Healing’s Privacy Policy.

In certain circumstances, a session may need to be adapted or postponed if it isn't suitable for your wellbeing or if information hasn't been provided. This is always done with your best interest at heart.

5. Distance Healing Sessions

Distance healing is a deeply meaningful and effective way to receive support, wherever you are in the world.

 

Moonflower Energy Healing offers two types of distance session:

  • Live video sessions via Google Meet or WhatsApp video call.

  • Non-contact distance sessions, where healing is sent remotely. For this session, you will receive two recorded meditations that will be sent via email or WhatsApp, one before your session begins and one to gently mark its close. Once the session has ended, you will receive a voice-recorded energy session summary via email or WhatsApp, to which you are welcome to reply. Moonflower Energy Healing will respond to any queries within 2–3 working days.

Booking & Preparation

The same booking process applies as for in-person sessions. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive joining details or session instructions via email and calendar invite.

To get the most from your session, please:

  • Create a comfortable and cosy space for yourself to enjoy the session, where you won't be disturbed

  • Have a glass of water nearby

  • Have a blanket to hand, as your body temperature may drop whilst you are in a meditative state

  • Allow a little time before and after to arrive and integrate gently

 

Video Sessions

It is your responsibility to ensure you have a working device, a stable internet connection and access to the agreed platform before your session begins. If you experience technical difficulties on your side, every effort will be made to reconnect, but session time cannot be extended as a result.

Moonflower Energy Healing is not responsible for platform outages, poor connection quality or any technical issues outside of reasonable control.

Non-Contact Distance Sessions

A recent photograph with a clear image of just yourself will be required on the morning of your session, sent via email or WhatsApp. This photograph is used solely for the purpose of your session. It will never be used for marketing, shared on social media or passed to third parties, and will be deleted immediately once your session has concluded. By choosing to send your photograph via WhatsApp, you acknowledge that messages and materials are processed by Meta under their own privacy terms, and Moonflower Energy Healing cannot be responsible for data handled by that platform.

If you have any concerns about sending a photograph, please don't hesitate to get in touch before your session to discuss alternatives.

For non-contact distance sessions, you do not need to be available in real time. Healing is sent during an agreed window and you will receive a voice recorded energy report/summary within 24 hours of your session taking place.

You are warmly encouraged to rest and relax, set an intention, meditate, read a book or listen to music, whatever feels right for you. If you prefer to simply go about your day gently during this time, please ensure that you are not driving and that you are in a safe place.

During your session, ceremonial instruments such as a drum, bells, or rattle may be used as part of the energetic work. Ambient scents may also be used within the practitioner's space. These elements form part of the healing practice and do not require anything additional from you during a distance session. If you have any questions about what is involved, please don't hesitate to get in touch before your session. 

 

Aftercare

The same aftercare guidance applies to distance sessions as to in-person appointments: rest gently, spend time outdoors, drink plenty of water and give yourself space to integrate. A gentle follow-up check-in may be offered after your session if appropriate.

 

Privacy & Recording

Sessions are not recorded by Moonflower Energy Healing without your prior consent or agreement. Please also refrain from recording any part of your session without permission. Anything shared during a session is held in confidence, in line with Moonflower Energy Healing’s Privacy Policy.

Health & Safeguarding

The same health disclosure requirements apply to distance sessions as to in-person appointments. Please share any relevant health information before your session so your experience can be safely and thoughtfully held.

 

Distance sessions are a complementary wellbeing practice and are not a crisis or emergency service. If you are in distress or need urgent support, please contact your GP or call the Samaritans on 116 123 (free, 24 hours).

 

Cancellations

The same cancellation policy applies to distance sessions as to in-person appointments. Please see Section 8 for full details.

 

6. Children & Young People

Moonflower Energy Healing is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all clients, including children and vulnerable adults.

Sessions for children and young people are offered in a gentle and supportive way, with their comfort and wellbeing at the heart of the experience.

Emma holds an enhanced DBS check and has completed safeguarding training, ensuring every session involving a child or young person is held with the highest standards of care and safety. Emma also holds a current First Aid certificate.

For anyone under the age of 18, a parent, guardian or responsible adult must be present for the full duration of the session.

By booking a session for a child or young person, the accompanying adult confirms they have the authority to provide consent and are responsible for the child's care throughout the appointment.

7. Aftercare

After your session, you may feel called to:

  • Rest and take things gently

  • Drink plenty of water

  • Spend some time outdoors or walking

  • Spend time journaling and reflecting on the session

 

These are gentle suggestions to support your integration. Please take what feels right for you.

Where appropriate, a gentle follow-up check-in may be offered after your session via your preferred method of contact. This is simply to see how you have been feeling and to offer any additional support if needed.

 

8. Cancellations & Refunds

I understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible at moonflower.energy.healing@gmail.com

1:1 Sessions and Distance Healing

  • Please give at least 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule

  • You may rearrange your appointment once at no additional charge

  • A second request to rearrange will incur the full session fee

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or missed appointments are non-refundable

 

Where less than 48 hours notice has been given, the session fee is non-refundable. A reschedule may be offered at my discretion depending on individual circumstances, but this cannot be guaranteed

Crystal Circles and Events

  • 48 hours or more notice: you may transfer your place or receive a full refund

  • Less than 48 hours notice: refunds and transfers are not available

  • A non-refundable 55p booking fee is charged by Wix and is retained in all circumstances

 

Products

  • Online purchases may be cancelled within 14 days of receipt in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013

Cancellations by Moonflower Energy Healing
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session or event due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered a reschedule or a full refund.

You are always welcome to gift your appointment or place to a friend or loved one if you are unable to attend. Please let me know in advance and any replacement will be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

Thank you for your understanding and for respecting this space.

 

9. Payments

1:1 session fees are payable in full at the time of booking. The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Bank transfer

  • Card payment via the Wix website booking system

  • Cash payments are accepted in some circumstances. Please enquire at the time of booking

 

Payments may be processed via providers such as Wix Payments or SumUp. If you require an invoice, this can be provided upon request.

 

10. Consumer Rights (Online Bookings & Purchases)

Your rights matter, and Moonflower Energy Healing is committed to being open and transparent about them.

Under UK consumer law, if you book online you have the right to cancel within 14 days. If your session takes place within that window and you have agreed to this in advance, this right is waived once the service has been delivered.

 

This is standard practice for appointment-based services.

 

For physical products ordered online, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving them. Please see

 

Section 11 for full details on returns.

 

For distance sessions delivered in full, whether by video call or energetically, the same applies: once your session has taken place with your prior agreement, the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies.

 

11. Products, Delivery & Returns

 

Products

All products are offered as spiritual wellbeing tools and are not medical items.

 

Crystals

Crystals are naturally unique, so variations in colour, shape and size are part of their beauty.

 

Handcrafted Feather Wands

Some items, including feather and crystal wands, are lovingly handmade and may vary slightly in appearance. Each piece is unique, which is part of its beauty.

 

Where possible, materials are carefully and thoughtfully sourced. Each wand is intuitively created and energetically cleansed before being offered.

 

These items are offered as spiritual and wellbeing tools and should be used with care and intention. They are not intended for medical use or as children's toys.

 

Please ensure safe use at all times, particularly when using alongside smoke cleansing practices, and keep out of reach of children where appropriate.

 

Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 3–5 working days. Delivery times may vary. Whilst delays can occasionally happen with postal services, support will always be offered where possible.

 

Returns

  • You may return unused items within 14 days of receiving them.

  • Items must be in their original condition.

  • Return postage is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

 

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 14 days and a replacement or refund will be arranged in line with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

12. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are available as both physical vouchers and e-vouchers, offering a thoughtful way to share the experience of Moonflower Energy Healing.

 

Validity

All gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. After this time, vouchers will expire and cannot be redeemed or extended. It is the responsibility of the voucher holder to ensure the voucher is used within this timeframe.

 

E-Vouchers

E-vouchers are delivered via email to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure all details are entered correctly, as Moonflower Energy Healing cannot be held responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect information.

 

Physical Vouchers

Physical vouchers can be collected in person or posted out. To arrange a physical voucher, please contact me directly to agree a collection date and time. Where postage is requested, delivery times may vary and additional postage costs may apply. Moonflower Energy Healing is not responsible for delays or losses once the voucher has been dispatched, although support will always be offered where possible.

 

Booking with a Voucher

Voucher holders must quote their voucher details at the time of booking. Appointments are subject to availability.

General Terms:

  • Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount unless otherwise stated.

  • Vouchers are transferable and may be gifted to another person. Please contact us with the new recipient's details.

  • Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.

13. Health & Responsibility

Please share any relevant health information, conditions or changes at the time of booking and before your session. This helps ensure your experience is safe, supportive and tailored to you. If you are currently receiving medical treatment, taking medication or have any health concerns, it is recommended that you seek advice from a qualified medical professional before attending.

Sessions may be adapted or, in some cases, not recommended if they are not considered suitable for your wellbeing. This will always be approached with care and in your best interest. You are always free to pause or stop a session at any time, should you need to.

Sessions incorporate crystals, energy healing techniques, smoke cleansing, guided meditation and visualisation. Where smoke cleansing is not suitable, an aura spray will be used as an alternative. Ceremonial instruments such as a drum, bells or rattle may also be used. Ambient scents including essential oils or natural sprays may be used where appropriate. If you have any sensitivities or allergies, please let me know at the time of booking so your session can be adapted.

Moonflower Energy Healing is committed to the safety and wellbeing of all clients, including children and vulnerable adults, and holds a current safeguarding certificate and enhanced DBS check.

14. Disclaimer

 

In addition to the health responsibilities outlined in Section 13, the following applies. 

 

Moonflower Energy Healing offers complementary holistic therapy and energy-based practices, including crystal energy healing, meditation, energy alignment and distance healing, intended to support relaxation, self-awareness and personal growth. These services are not medical treatment.

Emma of Moonflower Energy Healing is not a medical doctor, nurse, psychotherapist or any other regulated health professional. She does not diagnose, treat or prescribe for any physical, mental or medical condition, and nothing communicated before, during or after a session should be understood as medical advice.

These services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you have any health concerns, physical or mental, you are strongly encouraged to consult a qualified medical professional. Do not disregard or delay seeking medical advice because of anything experienced or communicated during a session.

 

Every client's experience is individual. No specific outcomes, results or effects can be guaranteed. By booking and attending, you acknowledge that you do so of your own free will and take responsibility for your own wellbeing.

 

Liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

15. Code of Conduct

This is a calm, respectful and supportive space for all. Moonflower Energy Healing also reserves the right to a respectful and safe working environment.

Moonflower Energy Healing reserves the right to refuse a booking where appropriate. If behaviour is considered unsafe or inappropriate, a session may be ended. In these situations, refunds may not be offered.

16. Age Requirement

Sessions are intended for those aged 18 and over. Sessions for those under 18 may be arranged with full parental or guardian consent, as outlined in Section 6.

17. Children's Yoga

Children's yoga sessions are delivered through Happy Kids Yoga. These sessions are covered by their own policies, terms and conditions and are entirely separate from those of Moonflower Energy Healing.

 

18. Parking

Please park considerately and be mindful of neighbours. Avoid blocking driveways. Additional parking is available nearby if needed.

 

19. Force Majeure

Sometimes unexpected things happen. Moonflower Energy Healing is not responsible for cancellations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. In such cases, every effort will be made to reschedule your session or offer a full refund.

 

20. Website Use

While every effort is made to keep the website running smoothly, occasional issues may arise. Moonflower Energy Healing is not responsible for technical disruptions beyond reasonable control. All website content belongs to Moonflower Energy Healing and may not be copied, reproduced or shared without permission.

 

21. Changes to Services

Services may evolve over time. Moonflower Energy Healing reserves the right to update or withdraw offerings when needed. Any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be updated on the website with a revised date.

 

22. Privacy & Data

Your personal information is handled with care, respect and confidentiality. Moonflower Energy Healing collects personal data (such as your name, contact details and any health information shared for the purpose of sessions) solely to provide services and ensure your safety.

Your data is not sold. It may be shared with trusted third parties only where necessary to deliver services or where required by law, in line with our Privacy Policy. 

It is stored securely in line with UK GDPR. You have the right to request access to, or deletion of, your personal data at any time by contacting us directly.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

 

24. Complaints Procedure

I take all feedback seriously. If something hasn't gone as expected, please come to me first and I will do my best to resolve things quickly and fairly.

I will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days and aim to provide a full response within 14 working days.

 

How To Lodge A Complaint

All complaints must be submitted in writing by email to moonflower.energy.healing@gmail.com

Please include your name, contact details, the nature of your complaint, and any relevant dates or details to help me gain a clear understanding of the situation.

What Happens Next

Here's what you can expect once I receive your complaint:

  • I will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 working days

  • I will look into your concerns fairly and thoroughly

  • I will contact you if I need further information

  • I will keep you informed of progress where appropriate

  • I will provide a written response setting out the outcome and any action taken

  • I will keep records of complaints and use them to improve my services and compliance practices

 

If You're Not Satisfied

If you're not happy with my response, please let me know and I will do my best to find a resolution. I am always open to reasonable discussion to reach a fair outcome.

If you're not happy with how things have been resolved, you also have the right to contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
