Autumn Alchemy: Letting Go and Turning Inwards
Nature is our teacher. She has many lessons to teach us.
As September arrives, we watch autumn begin. It's a powerful season. In its beauty, we see changing colours, shifting light, animals preparing for the seasons ahead, and the quiet rhythm of the natural world slowing down.
We witness nature bare all. We watch her trust and follow her instincts. We watch her commit with confidence. We do not see her hesitate.
We witness nature surrender, without fear or regret.
Surrendering takes courage.
What does surrender invoke in you?
This circle is about observing, feeling, accepting and flowing. Autumn creates space for you to slow down, release the tension and listen to your inner wisdom.

What happens during the crystal energy healing circle?
The circle begins at 18:30. Doors open from 18:20. Please arrive in good time as you will be smoke cleansed to help you start to relax and shed any unwanted energy from the day (if you wish, but highly recommended - a non-smoke option will be available.)
Find a place and get comfy.
I will open the circle and we’ll start to get to know each other.
There will be smoke cleansing, singing and drumming, deep, soulful meditation, energy transmissions, sacred rituals, oracle cards, soul connections and crystal energy healing.
We’ll end with some feel good dance movement, if the moment requires, and a time to share experiences.
I will then close our beautiful circle and say our goodbyes.
What should I bring?
Your beautiful self.
Any of your own personal crystals.
A journal/notebook and pen.
Chairs are provided, however your own comfy chair to sit on, you are more than welcome.
Blankets and oversized jumpers are a must in the colder months and very much encouraged.
Wear comfortable clothing, even with the warmer evenings coming, your temperature may drop in meditation.
A bottle of water for hydration after the meditations.

There is plenty of on-site parking at Hopley House.
