A gentle, intuitive Crystal Energy Therapy session where you can finally slow down, release what you've been carrying and find your way back to a clearer, more grounded version of you. Why Crystals? Crystals have been used as healing tools for thousands of years. Each one carries its own stable frequency and when placed within your energy field, gently interacts with your body's natural energy, clearing what's stagnant, restoring what's blocked and bringing your whole system back into balance. Subtle work. But the effects are often felt immediately. How It Works Every session is intuitively guided and shaped entirely around you. I tune into your energy field and work with carefully selected crystals, placing them on and around the body to support clearing, balance and flow. As the session unfolds, your system naturally begins to settle, recalibrating at its own pace, restoring equilibrium from the inside out.
