Sometimes you don't need the full journey. You just need a moment to breathe, reset and find your way back to yourself. The Moonflower Reset offers you a moment to pause. A focused, heart-led 45-minute session designed to meet you wherever you are, whether you're feeling overwhelmed, a little off-centre, or simply ready for a quiet energetic pause. This session carries the same depth, presence and intuitive care as my longer work, held in a smaller, intentional container. It is ideal for pop-up events, online check-ins or as a nurturing top-up between longer sessions. Choose the pathway that feels right for you: Energy Medicine An intuitive session working within your energetic field. May include crystal healing, auric cleansing, channelled guidance and sacred sound and song, helping to restore clarity, flow and ease while bringing your energy back into balance. A gentle, impactful reset tailored entirely to you. Energy Release Meditation A calm, grounded space for emotional and energetic release. Includes a short consultation, energetic check-in, crystal clearing and a guided meditation to help you soften, release and return to centre. A steady, restorative reset for the heart and mind. Cancellation Policy
At Moonflower Energy Healing every session is held with care and intention. Please read the following before booking. Cancellations and rescheduling require at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice or missed appointments are non-refundable. You may reschedule once at no additional charge. A second request to reschedule will incur the full session fee. In the unlikely event that I need to cancel I will always offer a reschedule or full refund. These sessions are complementary energy-based practices and are not medical treatment or a substitute for professional medical advice.
