Abalone Shell – Long cherished by Indigenous cultures, abalone has been used as a ceremonial bowl for centuries among other uses. Its iridescent shell symbolizes the healing & protective power of water and the harmony between earth and sea.

Selenite – Selenite has been valued since antiquity for its luminous clarity. A wand of pure light, often used to clear energy, restore balance, and invite calm clarity. It has traditionally been used to create peaceful spaces and support meditative practices.

Palo Santo – Meaning “holy wood” in Spanish, Palo Santo has been used for generations in parts of South America by Indigenous communities for rituals of purification, protection, and calling in blessings. Its warm aroma helps ground the spirit and renew intentions.

Sage – For many Indigenous peoples, sacred herbs like white sage have been used in traditional ceremonies for cleansing, prayer, and spiritual connection. It is honoured as a powerful plant ally for clearing, purifying and releasing stagnant energy of a person and space.

Lavender – Used since ancient Mediterranean times, lavender was prized by Greeks for its calming scent and was often used in baths, rituals, and healing practices to soothe both body and spirit. A gentle herb of peace, soothing the heart and softening the energy of any room.

Rose -Revered across cultures in ancient Persia, India, and the Mediterranean, the rose has long symbolized love, devotion, and the spiritual heart, appearing in ceremonies, altars, and offerings for thousands of years. A flower of unconditional love, supporting heart-centred intention and emotional uplift.

Feathers - Used across many cultures as tools for directing smoke, offering prayers, and symbolizing connection with the spirit world. They are often seen as messengers of air, guiding intention, breath, and clarity. Use your feather to gently fan the smoke, inviting movement, release, and guidance.

• Fire Safety: Always burn botanicals in a fire-safe vessel, such as the abalone shell, and never leave them unattended. Keep away from curtains, bedding, and flammable materials. Fully extinguish all embers before disposing.

• Ventilation: Use in a well-ventilated area. If you experience discomfort, smoke sensitivity, or respiratory irritation, discontinue use and allow fresh air to circulate.

• Allergies & Sensitivities: Some herbs, woods, and floral elements may trigger allergies. If you are sensitive to scents or smoke, use sparingly or explore non-burning alternatives.

• Pets & Children: Keep materials out of reach of children and pets. Some botanicals and smoke can be irritating or harmful to animals.

• Respectful Use: Sacred plants such as sage and palo santo carry deep cultural significance. Use with mindfulness, gratitude, and intention.

• Selenite Care: Do not expose selenite to water, as it can dissolve or weaken over time. Handle gently.

• Feather Use: A feather can help guide smoke gently, but use it with care. Keep it away from open flame, hot embers, and burning herbs to avoid scorching or accidental ignition.
